Video Game Panel

Software: Adobe Illustrator

About: This is a recreation of an old school display panel that would be seen on an old arcade game. It was printed out on a material that light can pass through, so I had to keep that in mind while designing the panel. I had to keep the design simple and bold so it would read clearly when printed. I used Illustrator to design this piece.

I used my creative design brief to create a mood board to get the style and feel of the brand. I also started getting some ideas down on paper with some thumbnail sketches for the logo.

After creating my mood board and initial sketches, I moved on to digital concepts of my favorite logo design ideas. I like each one for different reasons, but I ultimately chose the last one to continue with because it will have the most versatility. (Click to Enlarge)
